Corporate attorney focused on startups, technology, finance, and acquisitions.
Before law school, I spent 4+ years in start-up management and consulting roles. I had the fortunate experience of solving (and in some cases failing to solve) a variety of complex management issues. I gained experience in everything from formation and capitalization issues to fundraising and strategic development efforts. Most of all, I learned that I enjoy rolling up my sleeves and delving deep into the types of challenges faced by start-ups.
In law school, I focused my studies on legal issues most commonly faced by start-up and emerging companies. I was an Assistant Lecturer at the Leads School of Business, Associate at the Deming Center Venture Fund, head of CU's national title-winning Transactional Moot Court team, and graduated in the top ten percent of my class.
